Product Marketing Manager- France Agency Portfolio

Reporting to: Head of Product Marketing

Location: Cheadle, SK8

A nuts and bolts role working as part of the Product Marketing team, where the focus is on maintaining essential product and producer information and communicating key details to both sales teams and customers. Some experience in wine is needed, but this would be a great opportunity for someone looking to make their next step into the world of wine and keen to learn on the job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Product Managers representing our French agencies (along with Greece, Hungary, Bulgaria) to support our sales teams and communications.
  • Maintain accurate product and producer information on all digital sharing platforms – internal & external.
  • Photography and Assets – maintain bottle shots, producer photography, and other assets on all digital sharing platforms.
  • Launch new products, providing accurate and timely information to sales teams and customers.
  • Work closely with digital content team to provide a good flow of product and producer-based activity, news and reviews for the website and social media channels.
  • Manage producer visits and events in UK, and liaise with producers for trips where necessary.
  • Help deliver country / regional specific and Boutinot tastings, along with Events Manager.
  • New Vintage tastings and wine updates with Product Managers, taste through and help write accurate tasting notes, checking relevant product data.
Qualities

You should have a genuine passion for wine with a good depth of product knowledge. WSET Dip or Level 3 preferred. Previous experience within sales, marketing or retail would be beneficial.

An approachable people person, you will be a skilled communicator, both written and verbal. Any experience of copywriting would be useful.

You possess strong planning and admin skills with great attention to detail.

Some knowledge or experience of Adobe or Bevica would be beneficial.

As the role will involve communicating with overseas producers, language skills may also be of benefit.

We're looking for someone who is a self-starter and can use their own initiative to get the job done.
