Overview

We are seeking a Product Lead - Service Automation to lead the service automation product agenda for AXA Health, setting the vision, roadmap, and execution plan to deliver automation at scale. This role shapes and leads the development and delivery of automation solutions, balancing immediate deliverables with building sustainable, reusable capabilities for the future execution of AXA Health digital products for our strategic programmes. The role champions the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) to reimagine service experiences and aims to deliver sustainable and reusable digital components and products across all propositions for all audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the service automation product agenda for AXA Health, setting the vision, roadmap, and execution plan to deliver automation at scale.
  • Shape and lead the development and delivery of automation solutions, balancing immediate deliverables with building sustainable, reusable capabilities for future digital products and strategic programmes.
  • Champion the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) to reimagine service experiences.
  • Deliver sustainable and reusable digital components and products across all propositions for all audiences.
  • Collaborate with business and functional leaders, as well as proposition fulfilment and capability delivery partners, to identify opportunities to deploy product functionality to drive new business growth and improve cost efficiency.
  • Ensure AXA Health stays at the forefront of digital product capability in the health & wellbeing sector by understanding member, colleague and partner journeys and how technology can improve these.
  • Collaborate with customer and digital experience teams to ensure digital products deliver optimal and efficient experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define and oversee digital product development lifecycles, release plans and test plans.
  • Shape and influence the development and oversight of digital channels (including web, app and APIs) through which users access AXA Health digital products.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in leading digital product teams and delivering digital transformation in large, complex organisations.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying service automation solutions at scale, with measurable improvements.
  • Hands-on experience applying Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to real-world use cases.
  • Direct experience delivering service automation in healthcare environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital technologies with experience implementing Salesforce or similar CRM platform in a complex environment (strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrable success in delivering a step change in customer, colleague and partner experience.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical specialists to drive creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Comfortable working with technical colleagues, bridging the gap between business and technology.
  • Insurance industry knowledge and experience operating within a regulated environment would be desirable but not essential.
  • As a precondition of employment, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
