A luxury travel company is seeking an experienced Product Manager to expand their market share in South East Asia. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the region and proven product management experience. Overview

Product manager - SE Asia. Required for this expanding, luxury travel company looking to grow their market share in this area. They are looking for an experienced product manager, who has an in depth knowledge of South East Asia. Salary around £39,500 plus great bonus and benefits. Office or hybrid in South West England, potential homebased for an exceptional candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Growing bookings, revenue and gross profit for South East Asia by creating market led product and enabling sales and marketing to take it to market
  • Own the destination growth plan and product roadmap
  • Build, price and launch new itineraries/experiences
  • Manage margin levers
  • Ensure new product fits brands and delivers outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Set suppliers strategy and own key relationships
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, overrides and exclusivity
  • Keep core products accurate , current and commercially viable
  • Provide marketing and PR with campaign suitable products
Product managers skills required
  • Strong South East Asia knowledge, the main countries are Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore
  • Experience working as a product manager or senior product executive
  • Strong commercial acumen, confident analysing figures and drivers of profit and performance
  • Effective negotiator with suppliers, able to secure the best rates and overrides
  • Clear, persuasive communicator
  • Creative product developer
Additional information
  • 37.5 hours per week, ideally office based or Hybrid
