Thames Water is seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager with a passion for technology and a drive to solve real-world problems and who has significant experience working within the Waste Water Industry.

You will play a pivotal role in helping us become a digital-first utility company, leading the strategy and prioritisation of our digital product roadmap.

What you’ll be doing as a Product Manager
  • Set product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into valuable, actionable outcomes.
  • Champion decision support tools that transform our business.
  • Facilitate clear communication between delivery squads and stakeholders.
  • Promote lean and agile practices; measure and communicate business value.
  • Support agile ceremonies and manage product backlog.
What you should bring to the role
  • Extensive experience in the waste water industry - please indicate this clearly on your covering statement with your application.
  • Proven background as a Product Owner, Change Manager, or Project Manager.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Expert in lean/agile delivery and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities.

  • Daily Pay rate: Between £450 & £550 per day, depending on experience.
  • IR35 determination: Inside IR35
  • Location: Hybrid role with base location as Kemble Court in Reading.
