Arnold Clark in Stirling is hiring a Product Genius to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our Citroen/DS/Peugeot branch. You’ll become an in-branch expert, guiding customers from enquiry to delivery while learning about all products and sales journeys.

Qualifications

• You will be a confident communicator who prioritises excellent customer service.
• Ability to engage customers and understand their needs.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience.
• A driving licence is required and you should enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising
• Supporting the Sales department and delivering excellent customer experience
• Organising and accompanying customers on test drives
• Swotting up on our vehicles and manufacturers
• Learning about our products so you can help our customers find the perfect fit
• Enhancing the customer journey from enquiry to delivery
