Arnold Clark in Dumbarton is hiring Customer Service Executives (Product Geniuses) to deliver outstanding customer experiences at our Renault/Dacia branch. You’ll help customers choose the right vehicle, learn products, and support the sales journey from enquiry to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about vehicles to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
