Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking Customer Service Executives (Product Geniuses) at the Armadale Citroen/DS branch to create an outstanding customer experience. You will learn about products, guide customers from enquiry to delivery, and work within a supportive team with strong career progression into car sales.

The role emphasizes training, collaboration, and delivering an exceptional showroom experience, with a five-day week including weekends and a 38-hour schedule.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Supporting the Sales department and delivering excellent customer experience.
• Organising and accompanying customers on test drives.
• Swotting up on our vehicles and manufacturers.
• Learning about our products so you can help our customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhancing the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
