Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Ayr is seeking Customer Service Executives to create outstanding customer experiences at our Peugeot branch. You’ll be focused on service, product knowledge and helping customers choose the right vehicle, both in person and digitally.

We offer extensive benefits and a clear path to progression into car sales, with a five-day rota including weekends (38 hours per week) and a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on a rota including weekends.
• Willingness to learn about products and sales process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support Sales and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about vehicles and manufacturers.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
