Arnold Clark in Irvine is seeking a Customer Service Executive, known as a Product Genius, to deliver an outstanding customer experience at our BMW/MINI/Geely branch. You will learn about our products, assist customers in choosing vehicles, and support the sales journey from enquiry to delivery.

We offer training, a supportive team, and clear progression into car sales. The role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and a full UK driving licence, with a 38-hour week including weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Willing to work weekends as part of a 38-hour rota.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about vehicles and manufacturers to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
• Work as part of a cohesive team with management support.
