Responsibilities

• Understand all products within your dealership and from our partner manufacturers.
• Keep dealership staff updated with the latest product information.
• Assist customers using your product knowledge in a non-pressured environment—this is not sales, you’re a genius!
• Support marketing activities by taking vehicle imagery and utilizing digital and social media platforms.
• Share your expertise with customers using resources like our Citnow digital vehicle videos.
• Direct interested customers to the Sales team.
• Plan and deliver engaging test drive experiences, providing full vehicle insights.
• Assist with customer handovers, demonstrating vehicle features.

Skills Needed

• Confident and engaging personality, able to put people at ease.
• Passion for automotive technology and eagerness to stay updated with latest trends.
