Job summary

Few&Far is hiring a Perm Product Designer (Design Systems) to lead the central design system architecture for a high-growth AI scale-up in the UK. You will own the Springboard system, drive AI-enabled UI components, and collaborate with a Design Systems Engineer to push updates and governance.

• Architect and own the central design system (Springboard).
• Pioneer how design systems support Generative-AI UI and component rendering.
• Consolidate, architect, and own the design system centrally.
