Job summary

Few&Far is hiring a Perm Product Designer (Design Systems) to join a high-growth AI scale-up building sovereign AI operating platforms for enterprise environments, including Government, Defence, and Finance. You will own the central design system (Springboard) and shape howGenerative-AI UI integrates with agentic components in collaboration with a Design Systems Engineer.

The role requires strong experience in design systems, UI/visual design, and AI workflow expertise, with UK work eligibility

Qualifications

• Experience in design systems architecture, rollout and governance.
• Strong UI and visual design with polishing of branding and micro-interactions.
• Extensive AI workflow experience and using AI to push component updates.
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience in B2B/B2G environments; SC clearance eligibility desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own central design system architecture (Springboard).
• Pioneer how design systems support Generative-AI UI and agentic rendering with a dedicated Design Systems Engineer.
• Consolidate, architect, and own the design system centrally.
