The design team is a small yet agile group that collaborates with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Development teams to deliver creative design solutions across various formats. The team's skill set is diverse, with particular expertise in UX/UI design, as well as extensive experience in print, motion graphics, and brand identity. The primary goal of the team is to establish and deliver creative design solutions, set the standards of the visual identity and enhance the user experience for products and services across Universal Music Group, Universal Music Publishing Group, and Universal Production Music.
As a Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for gathering requirements from key Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and Development teams, taking ownership of our cross-platform design system and helping shape the components, patterns and framework that our design team uses every day. You\'ll help us build the pieces that take Universal to the next level and unite the business. You won’t be doing it alone, you\'ll be working with a super talented team of Designers, Engineers, Product Owners and Analysts who care deeply about our products.
