A leading engineering firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Subsea Project Manager to oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality. The role involves leading an internal team, managing risks, and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates should have extensive project management experience, particularly in Oil & Gas subsea projects, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. The Subsea Project Manager is responsible to ensure all aspects of contract and customer commitment is realized through out project execution, On Time Delivery, Quality, HSE, Cost Control and Risk Management as defined by the Customer’s Order or Contract, fulfilling both Customer and Business objectives. The Project Manager is the primary interface between the Company and the Customer internationally and locally with regards to the assigned scope and is responsible for developing and maintaining a good working relationship with the Customer and its representatives.
The Project Delivery Manager will lead and develop the internal project team in support of achieving the agreed project goals, ensuring all relevant procedures and processes are followed. Where appropriate, the PM will be required to support ongoing Business Development activities and provide support to tendering process.
The PM will be a visible leader and advocate of HSE and Quality for all relevant sites for the project and will work closely with all supporting functions in the fulfilment of the project.
