  • Monitor and enforce financial controls in line with SOX compliance and Hazmat requirements.
  • Leverage BI tools (Tableau) and databases (Access/SQL) to deliver data insights.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process flows, and control documentation.
  • Audit content produced by international resources and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Facilitate data maintenance for catalog records, product taxonomy, PIM and ERP systems.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure consistency and efficiency of product data.
  • Develop strong business relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, IT, Finance, and Purchasing.
  • Support implementation of P360 software into UK operations, embedding PDM processes.
  • Own the product data lifecycle, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and currency across systems.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards, naming conventions, and taxonomy structures.
  • Manage business rules, mapping tables, and repeatable processes for data integrity.
  • Provide project management support for team and organisational initiatives.
What We Expect of You
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2 years relevant experience with degree or 6 years without).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access).

  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
  • Ability to prioritise, follow up, and manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
  • Preferred: experience with technology industry, MDM or PIM technologies, SSIS/ETL applications, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
