A leading technology-driven business is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Excellence Manager focused on sustainability and risk management. My clients, a leading technology‑driven business, are currently recruiting for a Procurement & Supply Chain Excellence Manager focused on sustainability, risk, and best practice. The role is permanent and based in Whiteley, with hybrid working arrangements (2–3 days in the office per week).

Salary: £68,000‑£90,000 + leading benefits package
The key focus of this role is to develop the strategy for supply chain sustainability and to lead Sourcing Managers and supplier organisations in the material reduction of carbon emissions within the business supply chain. It also involves developing and implementing the strategy for managing supply chain risk, ensuring proactive mitigation across the end‑to‑end supply network, and continually reviewing and enhancing Supply Chain governance, policies, and processes through the application of industry best practice.
