The opportunity

Delaware North UK is hiring a full‑time Procurement Executive to join our collaborative team at our Head Office in Uxbridge, London. When you’re working with locations and events like ours, no two days are the same, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. As a Procurement Systems Administrator, you will be supporting the Procurement team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth procurement processes. You will be maintaining accurate supplier records, assisting with data entry, procurement system updates, and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely communication and compliance. What will you do?
  • Manage the daily procurement administration, maintain procurement systems, and support team member training and development in procurement tools
  • Assist with supplier and client requests throughout the supply chain, liaising with suppliers to obtain records, such as product listings, pricing, allergen and nutritional data, and category information
  • Provide first-line support for electronic purchasing systems and elevate any issues as appropriate
  • Support e‑tender processes by ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication with suppliers, delivering precise procurement data, and collaborate with senior leaders to support operations
  • Ensure compliance with Delaware North procurement policies and procedures to maintain consistency and minimise potential risk to the company across all procurement activities
More about you
  • 1+ years’ experience, preferably including procurement
  • No degree required
  • Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams, accuracy, attention to detail, organisation, time management, teamwork and collaboration, working well under pressure to deadlines, proactive self‑motivation, and clear written and verbal communication
