Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply or the role of Procurement & Contract Manager, a 3-month contract working remotely with the occasional trip to either Glasgow or Edinburgh city centre.

  • Umbrella set up / inside of IR35
  • January 2026 - 31st of March 2026

Essential Skills
  • Demonstrable experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field, ideally within the public sector or a regulated environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements and embedding change within tight timeframes.
  • Strong understanding of document retention, compliance, and risk management.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience of influencing at all levels.
  • Ability to interpret and update policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
