We are currently recruiting a dedicated and skilled Process Operator to join our client's shift production team in Exeter. This role involves working across all production disciplines, contributing to efficient manufacturing and quality output.

Role Requirements
  • Operate blend and press plants to maintain production targets.
  • Monitor and uphold quality standards while ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Adhere to and promote safe working practices.
  • Record and manage production data in systems.
  • Conduct routine plant maintenance and perform first-level fault‑finding.
Experience Needed
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • A team player with a "can-do" attitude, self‑motivation, and strong communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of plant processes and good problem‑solving abilities.
Working Hours

Full‑time, 42 hours per week.

Current working hours: Monday to Friday on an 8‑hour rotating shift pattern:

  • Days: 06:00 - 14:00
  • Lates: 14:00 - 22:00
  • Nights: 22:00 - 06:00

Salary based on a 12‑hour continental shift pattern.
