In the Manufacturing team at the Battery Assembly Centre (BAC), you'll help power iconic electric cars. WHAT TO EXPECT

Lead and coach Team Leaders to achieve SQDCPE targets and ensure production readiness for all launch milestones. Oversee daily shift performance and report key metrics to senior management.

  • Lead and coach Team Leaders to achieve SQDCPE targets and ensure production readiness for all launch milestones.
  • Oversee daily shift performance and report key metrics to Senior Production Leader.
  • Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous conduite across the production line.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance to resolve constraints and optimise throughput.
  • Ensure adherence to Global Manufacturing System (GMS) and Quality Operating System (QOS) standards.
  • Manage team performance, attendance, and development, including disciplinary and capability procedures.
  • Support cost control initiatives and drive efficiency improvements aligned with business goals.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
