Main Duties
Solution Design & Implementation
  • Lead the deployment and configuration of DocuWare systems across the organisation.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into DocuWare workflows and document management solutions, working with the Business Support Team.

System Administration & Maintenance
  • Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within DocuWare or other solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, backups, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
Integration & Automation
  • Integrate DocuWare with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop automated workflows to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure document management practices comply with GDPR, ISO standards, and internal policies.
  • Maintain audit trails and support internal/external audits.
Training & Support
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users working with the Business Support Team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for DocuWare-related issues and enhancements.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on DocuWare features and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and digital transformation.
Essential Skills
  • Working Knowledge of Process Automation software like DocuWare or Microsoft Power Platform.
