A local authority trading company in the United Kingdom seeks a Proactive Tenancy Fraud Officer for a one-year contract. This role involves preventing tenancy fraud, conducting audits, and collaborating with enforcement teams to ensure housing for those in need. Ideal candidates will have housing management experience, strong investigative skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. This is a unique opportunity to work in partnership with the Corporate Anti-Fraud Team (CAFT) to identify and recover properties subject to tenancy fraud, ensuring they are returned to those who truly need them.
The role of Proactive Tenancy Fraud Officer will be responsible for the delivery of excellent housing management services to all of our customers across a range of tenures including all Barnet Homes properties with a focus on proactively identifying properties subject to potential fraud.
