Job summary

Cardo Group in Pembrokeshire is seeking a Responsive Planner to coordinate and schedule maintenance work across multiple teams. You will liaise with residents, contractors and internal managers to prioritise tasks, ensure timely completion and maintain high service quality using our in-house systems and live diaries.

The role requires strong communication, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance work across teams.
• Liaise with residents, contractors and internal managers to prioritise tasks.
• Allocate resources to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Create and adjust daily and weekly schedules based on live diaries.
• Produce regular reports on repair activity and performance for management review.
• Communicate updates on repair status and address concerns.
