Job summary

Cardo Group in Pembrokeshire is seeking a Contracts Supervisor to oversee daily contract administration, coordination of works and on-site supervision to ensure high standards of delivery. You will work closely with clients, residents and operatives to meet KPIs and safety requirements.

The role requires strong communication, health and safety knowledge and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management principles.
• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong background in contract administration, project coordination or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, residents and operatives daily to meet expectations and deliver high service levels.
• Attend internal and external meetings.
• Survey works and identify trades needed for completion.
• Coordinate with planners on a daily basis.
• Manage daily operative activities and monitor working patterns and quality.
• Ensure operatives are on-site on time and deliver quality work.
• Understand client KPIs and deliver towards them.
• Work with Contracts Manager daily.
• Inductions for new operatives and setting expectations.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings with operatives.
• Coordinate with HSE to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain commercial awareness to ensure profitability per job.
• Collaborate as part of a team to provide a strong customer journey.
• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Be the first point of contact for operatives.
