Job summary

Cardo Group in Bristol is seeking a Senior Administrator (Responsive Maintenance) Manager to join our team and support the daily operations of the Maintenance section. You will log orders, monitor KPIs, and coordinate between departments to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

The role requires leadership to supervise maintenance staff and contractors, recruitment support, and ensuring safe, efficient operations. This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary and on-site benefits.

Responsibilities

• Log orders, track progress and instruct works to subcontractors using the service connect system.
• Monitor and report on KPI performance and provide regular updates to Operations managers.
• Support recruitment and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
• Assist with IT within the section and manage risk assessments and safety audits.
• Create statistics from management systems and report to Operations managers and customers.
