About the Role

As Sales & Marketing Manager - Specialist Care, you'll lead the introduction of a breakthrough neurology treatment into the UK private healthcare market. This is a field-based role covering London and the South East, where you'll blend sales expertise with marketing know-how to drive adoption and deliver growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive uptake of a flagship neurology brand in private clinics and specialist centres.
  • Build strong relationships with clinicians, decision-makers, and commercial teams.
  • Influence prescribing behaviour through compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to execute marketing tactics - events, omnichannel campaigns, and targeted initiatives.
  • Provide insights from the field to shape messaging and promotional strategies.
  • Identify and prioritise high-potential accounts for focused engagement.
What We're Looking For
  • ABPI qualification (essential).
  • Proven success in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in specialist care.
  • Experience selling into private healthcare OR in commercially driven sectors such as aesthetics or fertility.
  • Exposure to marketing projects or campaigns - ability to implement tactics at territory level.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of private healthcare systems and funding pathways.
