Qualifications

• Hold a professional ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA qualification or equivalent.
• Substantial Fund accounting experience preferably within Private Equity.
• Proficient in IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading client relationships from an accounting perspective.
• Providing day-to-day fund accounting and financial reporting services.
• Ensuring timely performance of bookkeeping processes.
• Preparing management accounts and financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Overseeing preparation of carried interest calculations.
• Supporting the audit process to ensure completion of milestones.
• Managing and supervising junior team members.

Skills

Professional ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA qualification or equivalent

Substantial Fund accounting experience

Proficient in IFRS and UK GAAP

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent project management skills

Basic understanding of Jersey statutory laws
