Job summary

A professional Legal firm is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join its Private Client department in the Walton on Thames area. The role entails drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, managing client enquiries and files, and providing administrative support to the team. Ideal candidates should have a genuine interest in Private Client law and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. Qualifications

• Interest in Private Client law (Wills, probate, trusts, LPAs) is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, including the registration of LPAs.
• Assist with estate administration matters and client queries.
• Maintain and organize client files in accordance with law and firm procedures.
• Provide administrative support to fee earners and partners.
