Privacy & Information Governance Analyst - London, Farringdon or Sheffield, Pond Street (Hybrid Working, 2 days minimum in office)
Salary: £46,941 London, Salary: Sheffield £40,970 (with guaranteed pay progression after 12 months)

Reporting into the Head of Privacy Governance, Culture & Programme and working within the Privacy Governance and Culture team, you'll support a varied portfolio of work across governance, culture, and programme initiatives. This is a role where your insights will drive strategic decisions, reduce risk, and embed privacy and information governance into Royal Mail's DNA and you'll help us meet regulatory obligations and uphold our reputation for trust and integrity.
You’ll deliver high-quality data analysis and reporting, maintain privacy and governance documentation, and manage queries to provide clear, consistent advice. You'll support governance forums, lead awareness initiatives, and ensure compliance with retention and records management standards. By optimising processes and administering tools like One Trust, you'll drive efficiency and embed best practice. Working collaboratively across teams, you'll help shape a world‑class privacy and information governance framework.
