Job description

We are the internal recruitment partner working with a well‑established company that design, produces, and installs creative display solutions for exhibitions, retail spaces, and events. From concept to installation, they deliver tailored, high‑quality displays that help brands stand out and engage their audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Operate large format printers, heat press and digital cutter.
  • Prepare files for printing and ensure accurate output.
  • Print, cut, and finish a variety of graphics and signage including fabrics, rollable and rigid media.
  • Produce graphics for custom exhibition stands and portable displays.
  • Install graphics both in-house and on-site at customer locations.
  • Maintain equipment and keep the workshop clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Collaborate with the wider team on design and planning of graphics.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Learn new software/equipment and attend training as required.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a print operator and/or finisher (ideally 2+ years).
  • Stitching experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive team player with good time management.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional on‑site installations.
In return we are offering
  • Salary: 26,000‑28,000 dependent on experience.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00 to 4.30.
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
