The client, due to recent investment and growth, is seeking a highly ambitious Account Director with over 5 years of print, mail, and postage experience in a demanding environment.

The Account Director is responsible for client retention and revenue growth, leading a client services team to increase revenues through repeat and new business, and driving team profitability.

Duties & Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team, demonstrating leadership, motivation, and delegation.
  • Mentor and develop team members to meet targets and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of recognition and reward.
  • Drive sales, margin performance, and customer retention.
  • Act as a key contact for clients, proactively updating them during mailing campaigns.

Applicants must have extensive mail fulfillment and postage account management experience, with significant knowledge of UK & international postal services, including DSA’s, independent carriers, and Royal Mail.
