About the role

We are seeking talented Talent Partners to join our DeepTech team in Bristol on a 12-month FTC. Our Talent Partners embed into innovative companies like Snyk, ASOS, and Portswigger, designing recruitment processes for rapid growth and niche roles. We focus on outcomes rather than KPIs or targets, utilizing data-driven decision-making.

We prioritize hiring and retaining top talent professionals and encourage innovative, forward-thinking ideas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Visiting clients twice a week to build relationships.
  • Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.
  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and headhunting for niche roles.
  • Partnering with hiring managers as one team.
  • Conducting recruiter screens and interview de-briefings.
  • Maintaining accurate data to influence stakeholders.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Participating in weekly project meetings.
  • Designing solutions and bringing innovative ideas.
  • Sharing knowledge and training.
  • Understanding market conditions and latest trends.
