A leading recruitment firm in Edinburgh is seeking a Principal TA Specialist to support client hiring managers with filling technical vacancies. You will leverage data-driven strategies to deliver quality recruitment services while managing stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate has proven experience in technical recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a global context. This role offers completion of recruitment processes and a competitive benefits package.

The Principal TA Specialist will support client hiring managers with filling their technical vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. They will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.
They will use a range of data led sourcing insights to determine the best hiring strategy for each requisition, leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis to find the best talent in the market.
Principal TA Specialist's will be aligned to high-touch client business units or stakeholder groups that require additional attention, this includes more challenging or senior stakeholder group, more complex or hard to fill role types, roles that have a greater strategic significance.
Principal TA Specialist's may also be aligned in cases where they are the only AMS resource in a specific geographical location.
