We are looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will be joining an established team across the UK & EU and work on enhancing our services with support from our existing successful consultants and management teams. We are open to consultants based in London or Bristol.

Requirements

  • Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and networking.
  • Arranging events/ meets ups within your market area.
  • Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market.
  • Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other means
  • Creating job adverts
  • Negotiating with both clients and candidates.

You will need:

  • Proven ability to build a client and candidate base within your niche market
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Up to 40% commission
  • Base Salary Incentives
  • 30 days Annual leave
  • 1 week work from any office (including our international location
