Job description

As a Principal Product Manager, you'll lead some of our most significant fintech programs, working hand in hand with product and technology teams to translate strategic vision into scalable, customer‑focused delivery. You'll look beyond today’s products and systems, challenging what’s possible and helping teams across JET build for the future.

Responsibilities and Experience
  • Define the vision: Partner with senior product and tech leaders and global stakeholders to set our direction for innovation, payments and financial systems.
  • Articulate value and outcomes: Establish a clear vision and measurable success criteria for new fintech initiatives, and foster an open, inclusive environment to explore how to achieve them.
  • Tell the story: Translate complex financial challenges into compelling narratives that secure alignment, support, and momentum across the organization.
  • Bridge innovation and compliance: Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to deliver responsible innovation that balances speed with security.
  • Experiment and learn: Use data, experimentation, and user research to validate opportunities and maximize value for both our end users and the business.
  • Operationalize the vision: Define how to bring new financial products and systems to life within JET’s global product and technology structure.
  • Experience bringing new products or fintech or payment products to market, with clear measures of success and the agility to pivot when necessary.
  • Strong ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across a global organization.
  • Broad understanding of financial systems, payment trends, and emerging technologies that can create real differentiation in the food delivery ecosystem.
  • A value‑based and outcome‑driven approach to product strategy and decision making.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and complexity, paired with the ability to bring clarity and focus.
