Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a GMP environment.
• Working knowledge of regulatory standards in cell and gene therapy.
• Exceptional communication ability with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on commercial manufacturing.
• Support long-term process improvements and quality investigations.
• Drive process improvements to ensure high quality standards.
• Lead a team of MSAT Scientists and Associate Scientists.
• Collaborate with departments on client engagement.

Skills

Team leadership experience in GMP manufacturing

Knowledge of cGMP systems and FDA/EU regulations

Experience with stem cells and cellular therapies

Exceptional communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Desire for continuous improvement

Education

Degree in Life Sciences or related subject
