They are seeking Principal Fire Engineers to join their Manchester hub, with offices in London and Manchester and a Birmingham office launching soon. The Role of the Principal Fire Engineer: As a Principal Fire Engineer, you will take a leading role in delivering fire engineering strategies across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage and mentor engineers, and contribute to the strategic growth of the business, including the expansion into Birmingham. This is a key leadership position that combines technical excellence, client engagement, and business development, with the chance to shape both project outcomes and the company’s future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and review of fire engineering strategies.
• Design fire-safe solutions for a multitude of buildings.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to the development and launch of the new Birmingham office, helping to shape its long-term success.
• Prepare proposals, manage project budgets, and ensure delivery to the highest standards.
• Represent the company at meetings, industry forums, and events.
