• Leadership experience managing teams and complex projects.

Principal ERP Consultant / Team Leader

Location: Hybrid Work From Home and Travel to Clients as and when needed (Must be UK or EIRE based)

Remuneration: £85-90,000 basic + car allowance + bonus + benefits - £100K package

Chapman Tate Associates are working alongside an internationally based ERP Consultancy to recruit a Principal ERP Consultant who will lead transformative ERP projects for clients across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Distribution sectors.

What You'll Do

• ✅ Deliver end-to-end ERP solutions, from requirements gathering to go-live
• ✅ Manage and mentor a team of 5+ consultants
• ✅ Drive process optimization and oversee financial modules within ERP systems
• ✅ Documentation and strategically work alongside Partners / Customers to deliver the required solution
• ✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions

What We're Looking For

• ✔ Proven experience delivering ERP solutions for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Distribution
• ✔ Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as IFS, Acumatica, Epicor, SAP B1, or similar
• ✔ Managing / leading a Senior Team
