Job Description

We\'re looking for an Oracle EBS Compensation & Benefits HR Functional Lead to support EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients. You\'ll need to guide & supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.



Your role

As an Oracle EBS Core HR Functional Lead, you\'ll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients & supporting existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle EBS HCM modules like EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits for the UK public sector.


A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You\'ll provide necessary support & guidance to existing solutions.



Responsibilities


  • Lead and support Oracle EBS HCM, specifically focusing on EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.

  • Apply hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.

  • Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.



Required


  • Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation & support of Oracle EBS HCM for EBS Core HR, EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.

  • Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.

  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams

  • Knowledge and Support of existing solutions.

  • Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log



Preferred


  • Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.

  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills

  • Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5+ team members

  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies & ITIL Methodologies.
