Are you experienced in leading digital and data delivery within infrastructure and ready for your next challenge? Join our fast‑growing team to shape strategy, define frameworks, and lead client engagement to grow our business. We help transform clients’ delivery by maximising Digitisation and use of Data via Information Management and BIM. You’ll play a leading role in improving efficiency and supporting client’s Net Zero goals across major infrastructure, defence, and energy projects.
Your role could span strategy, business development, leading digital set up and delivery on major programmes, either client‑facing or internal. We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who is passionate about driving digital innovation and making a real impact.
You are a leading consultant who will provide Information Management expertise across a client organisation and/or Major Programmes, from set up and strategy through to delivery and implementation.
You will proactively steer client engagement, develop ways of working frameworks, support development of new commercial service opportunities while working alongside a wide range of Turner & Townsend teams from other business units.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with an ability to adapt to and embed into different client environments. This includes identification and communication with key stakeholders and liaison between business departments and groups.
You will provide expert advice regarding digital delivery and transformation, leveraging your expertise in Information Management and BIM to unlock value and optimise technology use.
Take a leading role in business development and the continuous improvement of the Infrastructure Digital Information Management capability while closely engaging with our Infrastructure, Defence, Energy & Natural Resources markets.
Capture and analyse client requirements to design and deliver Digital Strategies that meet requirements and business objectives.
Work with P3M experts to steer the integration of Information Management and asset data with PMO.
Author key BIM documentation and processes aligned to industry best practice.
Define and implement delivery frameworks, governance models, and best practice processes.
Strong emotional intelligence to support the professional growth of colleagues, promote a positive team culture, and line management.
Actively engage with key industry trends; interpret and report and adopt with the wider team.
Act as an ambassador championing the digital services delivered by Turner & Townsend.
A strong working knowledge of Information Management standards e.g. BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework.
Good understanding of emerging technology that can support our clients & delivery.
A working knowledge of the roles and responsibilities relevant to a digitally enabled project.
A working knowledge of the creation and maintenance of key BIM documentation.
A working knowledge of a Common Data Environment e.g. Aconex, Asite, ProjectWise, etc.
Knowledge of 3D modelling & review BIM software e.g. Navisworks, Solibri, etc.
Understanding of dashboard software such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Understanding of PMO tools and methodologies.
Ability to set up, manage SharePoint sites.
An inquisitive nature to research and learn new software skills.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, drive business growth, and define strategic frameworks.
Strong client facing, presentation, and workshop skills.
The ability to work independently & be self‑motivated.
Effective communicator and collaborator across a diverse skilled team and a wide range of seniority levels.
Confident in challenging others.
Confident in implementing change.
Ability to lead meetings and discussions.
Experience in one of our key sectors (Defence, Infrastructure, Energy & Natural Resources).
The ability to travel to any location as agreed and appropriate. T&T operate ‘hybrid’ location working in line with commission needs.
2:1 – Bachelors ideally in a STEM subject / relevant professional experience.
Relevant professional membership/accreditation e.g. APM, CEng, BCS.
