The Role

As a Qualified Teaching Assistant you will be supporting teachers in delivering lessons, helping students with their learning, and promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across a range of primary year groups (EYFS to KS1)
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
• Help implement behaviour management strategies
• Assist with classroom setup and resource preparation
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Work closely with the teacher to monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching methods

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience working in a primary school setting within the last two years
