Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or a fully qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) looking for consistent, reliable work across Hartlepool? We’re seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our Guaranteed Work Scheme, which ensures you’re paid for 4 out of the 5 days you’re available each week.

Location: Hartlepool
Start Date: ASAP
Position: Full-Time – Primary Teacher (Guaranteed Work Scheme)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum for primary-aged pupils.
  • Be available each morning as part of the Guaranteed Work Scheme.
  • Receive guaranteed pay for 4 out of every 5 days you’re available to work.
  • Work across a variety of schools in Middlesbrough, gaining valuable experience and building strong relationships.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Track and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and the wider school community.
Qualifications
  • Early Career Teacher (ECT) or fully qualified Primary Teacher (QTS).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential for travel between schools).
  • Willingness to teach across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as required.
  • A thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
