Location: Chichester

Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (with potential to go permanent)

Nestled amidst beautiful countryside, this school offers an inspiring environment. The school caters for pupils aged 4‑11, and is renowned for its nurturing ethos, committed staff, and a strong emphasis on providing a high‑quality, inclusive education tailored to each child's individual needs.

The Role
  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across your year groups
  • Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
  • Providing targeted support to pupils with additional needs, including those with ADHD, Autism, and social/emotional challenges
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and school initiatives
  • Managing classroom behaviour and supervising students during breaks, activities, and transitions
  • Encouraging pupil engagement, independence, and confidence in their learning journey

  • Proven experience teaching children or young people in a school setting
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to classroom management and pupil support
