Primary Supply Teacher – Teach Without the Faff
Thurrock
If you still love the buzz of the classroom but could happily leave the planning, marking and out-of-hours stress behind, supply teaching might be exactly what you’ve been waiting for. We’re helping primary teachers across Thurrock get back to the heart of the job, the part that made them want to teach in the first place, engaging with pupils and enjoying the day without everything else piling on top.
Working with us means you choose when you work and where you work. Some teachers want two days a week, others want five, and plenty dip in and out depending on family life or what the week throws at them. You turn up, teach a great lesson, make a difference, then head home on time. No planning to catch up on, no books to mark, no Sunday-night panic.
Our Thurrock schools are friendly, well-organised and genuinely appreciate strong supply teachers. And if you walk into a school that feels like “your place” and they love you too, we can absolutely turn it into a long-term placement. When the fit is right, we make it easy.
All you need is UK QTS or an equivalent qualification, confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, and the ability to settle quickly into a new classroom. In return, you’ll get weekly PAYE pay, free CPD through our online academy, and a consultant who actually listens and knows Thurrock inside out.
If you want flexibility without losing the joy of the classroom, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now and we’ll build a teaching week that works for you.
