Responsibilities

  • Support the Servicing Department with all aspects of managing the loan portfolio.
  • Handle daily customer contact via phone, email, and post.
  • Process new account uploads, direct debits, and manage unpaid payments.
  • Manage cash allocation, redemptions, and settlements.
  • Liaise with solicitors on redemption funds, deeds, and title registrations.
  • Support month-end processes including credit accounts refunds.
  • Assist with system testing and operational improvements.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with internal procedures.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the Servicing Department with all aspects of managing the loan portfolio across product lines.
  • Handle daily customer contact via phone email and post ensuring SLA targets are met.
  • Process new account uploads direct debits BACS files and manage unpaid payments.
  • Manage cash allocation redemptions settlements and other banking activities.
  • Liaise with solicitors on redemption funds deeds and title registrations.
  • Support month-end processes including credit accounts refunds and reconciliations.
  • Assist with system testing and operational improvements alongside the Servicing Manager.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping scanning and compliance with all internal procedures.
