Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress and attainment

Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL

Create a positive classroom environment that promotes good behaviour and effective learning

Establish strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues

Participate in staff meetings, planning sessions, school events, and CPD

Take part in school-wide initiatives, trips, clubs, or assemblies as required

Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils at all times
