Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependant on Experience)
Contract Type: Long Term/Short Term/Daily Supply

Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
  • Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Encourage and motivate pupils to build confidence and achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for children.
About You
  • Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential).
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing.
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
