Job Overview

The Ridgeway School are seeking a class teacher to start September 2026. Full‑time and part‑time positions are considered.

The Ridgeway School is a purpose‑built co‑educational establishment catering for young people 2‑19 years who have severe and/or profound multiple learning difficulties and is part of the Weydon Multi Academy Trust. Our school is an exciting forward‑thinking establishment, dedicated to enhancing the development of its staff, and was judged as “Outstanding” by Ofsted in February 2020.

Experience with students with special needs is an advantage but not essential as full training and support is available. The successful candidates may be required to teach across the school’s age range. Applications are invited from both experienced class teachers and ECTs. We welcome visits to the school.
