We are currently looking for part time and supply teachers to join the Burton on Trent Primary Schools!

What will your day look like?

  • Supporting and covering classes across a primary school based in Burton on Trent.
  • Delivering engaging and effective lesson plans to the whole class.
  • Managing and supervising individual and class behaviour following the schools' policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Marking children's work throughout the day, providing effective feedback.
  • Supporting a classroom teaching assistant where required.
  • Ensuring a safe, positive and stimulating learning environment for all children.
  • Being adaptive to teaching across EYFS up to KS2.
  • Leaving clear and effective handovers for the returning class teacher.
