SimCorp is seeking a Head of Pricing, Product Packaging & Governance to shape how our products and services are priced and packaged globally. You will define pricing frameworks, align with Sales and Finance on profitability targets, and lead governance to enable scalable growth across regions and business units.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations, Deal Governance, or related commercial leadership functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve SimCorp's global pricing and product packaging strategy across products, solutions, and services.
• Establish and govern pricing frameworks, discount policies, approval processes, and commercial standards that support consistent decision-making worldwide.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure pricing decisions align with profitability targets, business objectives, and customer value.
• Deliver pricing insights and performance analytics that improve pricing effectiveness, support strategic decisions, and identify growth opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on complex commercial opportunities, guiding deal structuring and pricing decisions across regions and business units.
• Drive continuous improvement of pricing tools, governance processes, and commercial enablement programs that increase efficiency and support scalable growth.
